1/ Delivery costs
The amount of the delivery costs, payable by the buyer when the basket is less than 80 Euros (for France only), is indicated in the shopping basket, after you have entered and validated the delivery address.
2/ Delivery time
From the moment you place your order, our delivery time is a maximum of 8 working days. This depends on the delivery method chosen.
3/ Delivery options
We offer three delivery methods.
France and International :
#Colissimo
Delivery against signature within 3 to 4 working days for all orders placed after 5pm. For orders placed before 5pm this time is reduced from 2 to 3 working days.
France only:
#Colissimo Point Relais
You have the freedom to have your order delivered to a shop near your home or workplace. Delivery time 4 to 6 working days.
#Pick up in shop

4/ Returns & exchanges
Return or exchange a product: instructions for use.
You have ordered an item that is not the right size, or that does not meet your expectations?
You can return it without any problem, free of charge in Metropolitan France except for furniture and decoration. You must write to us at the following address: contact@lebazarfrancais.com to obtain a return form. For a refund or exchange you have 14 days within the EU, following receipt of the item.
Please note that in order to be refunded or exchanged, the returned item(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, in a reinforced package, without any trace of use, and with their labels.
After having verified that these conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund or exchange of the item(s).

5/ Customs duties
The prices are displayed in the basket "Excluding any customs duties". Any parcel coming from a foreign country must be cleared through customs at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to be informed in real time of the evolution of the customs policies of each country to which we send orders. The amount of your order is therefore "excluding any customs fees".
