Nancy Chabert, the founder, has long headed her press relations firm before create Charity Bougies de NY. Motivated by the urgency to recycle, respect for the planet, desire to fund organizations that work with the most disadvantaged, she creates Charity Bougies in 2017. CHARITY BOUGIES DE NY upcycle pretty containers from solidarity to make collections of “unique” and sustainable candles. It is a unique and virtuous concept registered since 2017. Each container, depending on its material, is meticulously worked depending on whether it is metal (silver metal, solid silver, golden copper, red copper, golden brass, golden bronze, stainless steel, pewter, aluminum), porcelain, earthenware, artist's ceramics, glass, crystal or wood species. The vegan wax used is a product made from vegetable oils. It is mainly made in France. The pouring is delicate and long because there are no chemicals to perfect the result. Of course, the wax is unscented and non-colored.
